treadmills. The following ProForm 380 CS Treadmill Review will

Although it comes with a heavy-duty treadbelt designed for quiet
and smooth operation that surpasses ordinary treadbelts, in our
opinion the treadbelt is too small (for taller users there is
no enough space, for sure). It offers 16" x 50", which
is a minimum room for comfortable exercising.
The ProForm 380 CS Treadmill is designed mostly for walking and
jogging. However, if you want to get into serious running on this
machine, you better choose some another, stronger model. It is
equipped with 1.5 CHP Mach™ motor, which is perfect for moderate
workouts, making it perfect for most users.
The deck accommodates weights up to 250 lbs.
The console has a green-tinted LCD with priority display, where
you can track your speed, time, distance, incline and calories
burned. And, with Priority Display, you can select what information
you want displayed to better personalize your workout experience.
The Personal Trainer will automatically adjust the time length,
speed, and incline of each workout you choose by touch of the
button.
There is also CoolAire™ workout fan built right into the
console. Surprisingly, this treadmill comes with a sound system
integrated with a compatible music port for iPod®. You can
plug your iPod®* or MP3 player into the music port and listen
to all your favorite music during your workout.
As a standard option there is the built-in handlebar sensors,
so you can monitor your heart rate while working out.
