NordicTrack X5 Incline Trainer Tradmill
  The
NordicTrack X5 Incline Trainer is an iFIT® compatibile treadmill.
It combines interactive workouts that actually control your treadmill.
It's a total home fitness program designed by a certified personal
trainer.
Just plug the iFIT® card into your compatible console and
press play. It will do the rest by taking you through the complete
workout. You can even run the iFIT® programs from CD-ROM or
video.
The NordicTrack X5 Incline Trainer ia a treadmill but also it
can function as a stepper and/or treadclimber. If you're walking
on an incline you can burn a lot of calories very fast. Just by
walking at a 25% incline you can burn up to twice the calories
in comparison with walking on a flat pillow.
Moreover, the NordicTrack X5 Incline treadmill also offers upper
body cardio cables to work your arms, shoulders, back and abs.
This gives you a total body workout and results in more calories
burned.
NordicTrack X5 Incline Trainer The NordicTrack X5 Incline treadmill
is equiped with the Navigator™ Console with 23 Workout Programs
(15 preprogrammed, 4 heart rate, 4 MyDesign™ ). Two CoolAire™
Workout Fans are also built-in this console.
With the support of a 300-lb. capacity deck, the DuraSoft™
Impact Absorption provides all the support and joint protection
you need. While the X5 is the best incline trainer on the market
today, there are better models of NordicTrack treadmills. You
may want to look at some of the other NordicTrack
treadmills that offer a longer belt and more motor power.
