Each card is designed by a Certified Personal Trainer and plugs directly into the treadmill's console, automatically adjusting your speed and incline, while the voice of a personal trainer takes you through each workout. iFIT workout cards come in Wellness, Weight Loss, Body Sculpting, Performance and MyProgress™ categories, giving you the most advanced interactive, result-specific fitness programs.

The NordicTrack A2350 treadmill is able to accommodate weights up to 300 lbs. It is equiped with powerful 2.25 commercial DurX™ motor which is backed by a lifetime warranty.

The very latest in visual technology, the Solaris™ console precisely tracks your speed, time, distance, pulse and calories burned, while allowing you to intuitively navigate through the custom workout and fitness age centers.

What makes the NordicTrack A2350 so unique is the Fitness Age Center. How it works? Simply plug in your personal information and the A2350 does the rest-assigning you a fitness age that you can track over time. Nice feature.
